The pages on this website (“the Website”) are published by Investis Digital Limited (“IDX”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 03930926, with its registered address at 53 Tooley Street, London SE1 2QN, on behalf of Bevco Lux S.à r.l., a company registered in Luxembourg under RCS number B 209.913 and in England and Wales under company number 6690189, with its registered office at 37a, Avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (“Bevco Lux S.à r.l.”, “we”, “us”).

Bevco Lux S.à r.l. is the data controller of the personal data collected through the Website. IDX publishes, hosts and manages the Website and processes personal data on behalf of Bevco Lux S.à r.l.

Bevco Lux S.à r.l. and IDX respect your right to privacy and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the Luxembourg Law of 1 August 2018 on the organisation of the National Data Protection Commission, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 where they apply to IDX, and other applicable privacy laws.

The information collected and how it is used

We only collect personal data that you choose to provide to us, together with the limited technical information described below.

When you visit the Website, IDX’s web servers automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider’s domain name, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. Your IP address is personal data. We use this information, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a secure and working website, to operate, maintain and secure the Website and to help guide improvements to it. If you register for our email alert service, we collect your name and email address. IDX processes this information on behalf of Bevco Lux S.à r.l. solely to send you the alerts you have requested, and it may be accessed by Investis Digital India Private Limited, an IDX group company, from India to administer the service. We rely on your consent, which you give when you sign up. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every alert or by emailing [email protected].

We may also process personal data where this is necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Third-party use of information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

  • IDX and its subsidiary in India, Investis Digital India Private Limited, acting on our instructions;
  • service providers that help us operate the Website and the email alert service, such as hosting and email delivery providers, under contracts that require them to protect your personal data;
  • public authorities, courts or law enforcement agencies, where we are required to do so by law; and
  • a buyer or successor, if all or substantially all the business or assets of Bevco Lux S.à r.l. or IDX is acquired.

We may also use anonymised, aggregated statistics about the use of the Website. These do not identify any individual.

International transfers

Some personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United Kingdom, which benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, and in India, where IDX’s group company administers the email alert service.

Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not benefit from an adequacy decision, we ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Security

Bevco Lux S.à r.l. and IDX use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. The Website is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure managed under IDX’s ISO 27001-certified information security management system. Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorised personnel.

However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we therefore cannot guarantee the security of any personal data you send to the Website.

Your rights

Under data protection law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you, free of charge;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected;
  • have your personal data erased;
  • restrict how we use your personal data;
  • receive your personal data in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests; and
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting any processing carried out before you withdrew it.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

We will respond within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity before doing so.

If you are unhappy with how your personal data has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD) in Luxembourg (cnpd.public.lu), or with the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
